Return Period
The user may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days following the receipt of the goods, or if the products are delivered separately, from the day the user or a third party indicated by them, other than the carrier, has acquired physical possession of the last item. -
Return Conditions
For products to be eligible for a return, they must meet the following conditions:
The products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, along with their complete original packaging, labels, and any related accessories.
The products must not have been used, damaged, or altered.

Return Exclusions
Returns will not be accepted for:
Customized or made-to-measure products, which cannot be returned once the order has been placed.
Sealed products for health and hygiene reasons (such as underwear or swimwear) that have been unsealed after delivery.

Return Procedure
To initiate the return process, the user must send a request via email to contact@maison-oliva.com within the specified period. Once the request is received, MAISON OLIVA will provide the necessary instructions to return the products, which must be sent to the address: Avenida de Andalucía 38, 28041 Madrid, Spain. -
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs will be borne by the user, except in the case of defective or incorrect products, in which case MAISON OLIVA will cover these costs. -
Refunds
Once the returned products are received and verified, MAISON OLIVA will refund the amount paid, including the original delivery costs, if applicable.
The refund will be made within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method the user employed to make the purchase. -
Defective or Incorrect Products
If the user receives a defective or incorrect product, they must notify MAISON OLIVA within 24 hours of receiving the order. MAISON OLIVA will arrange the return and replacement of the product at no additional cost, or proceed with a full refund, including shipping costs. -
Product Responsibility
MAISON OLIVA will determine if the products are in the same condition as they were sent. Products that have been returned damaged, incomplete, or used will not be refunded and will be sent back at the user's expense.
